Assessment and Recommendations

  1. We will join top management of the company for a one half- day on site review of the organization; sales, design, manufacturing and distribution.

  2. Gather information from top management about improvement needs, what’s been done so far, what's worked, what hasn't.

  3. Our team will prepare a written assessment of key performance gaps and recommended actions for the next stage of improvement.  If there seems to be a good fit between the company needs and our services, specific steps to move forward will be provided with pricing.

This assessment and how to proceed is completely unique to each company.  Suggested support services may range from periodic counsel to intensive hands on guidance.
