We will conduct an initial assessment of the company to identify the most critical business problems to solve and recommend a strategy for how to proceed using a combination of services, including:

Onsite, hands-on coaching to improve process reliability, product flow and develop problem-solving skill development.
Strategy sessions to grasp current vs. future conditions and create a project plan with targets, milestones and resources required.
